Can I bring a guest?
Unlimited members may bring one guest per day during staffed hours at no charge. Other guests pay $5 per visit. Guests must meet the age requirements, check in at the front desk, and visit during staffed hours.
Is my membership valid at all locations?
Unlimited members receive 24/7 access to all Idaho Fitness Factory locations. Home Club members receive 24/7 access to their selected home club.
Is there a fee to cancel?
No. The published policy states that there is no cancellation fee, and members may cancel their membership at any time.
What are the staffed hours?
Staffed hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
What are the busiest times?
Peak hours are generally Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
How does tanning work?
Unlimited members have 24/7 access to tanning. Staff members can explain the process and equipment during staffed hours.
What is the annual fee?
The annual fee is collected once per year and helps Idaho Fitness Factory keep monthly membership dues affordable.
Can I pay cash each month?
Monthly cash payments are not accepted. Members who prefer to avoid monthly dues may ask about the 12-month prepaid option.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum membership age is 12. Members younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult member.
What is the locker policy?
Day-use lockers are available to all members. Remove your belongings after each visit.
Do you have childcare?
Each location has an unsupervised kids' room available to members 24/7. Children under 12 must remain in the kids' room, and children under 3 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
How do I receive 24/7 door access?
Download the "IFF Members" app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Sign in to your account, tap “Check In,” and hold your phone near the door scanner.
